Shipping
Q: My order is lost or never arrived.
A: Sometimes orders get lost in the shipping stream. Send us an email and we’ll take care of it.
Q: Are you shipping to the UK?
A: Nope, not yet. At the moment we ship in the US only.
Q: I lost my shipping tracking number.
A: No worries. Send us your order details and we'll get you sorted.
Returns and Cancellations
Q: I regret and want to cancel my order.
A: We made our packing and shipping super fast to keep you smiling. We accept cancellations within 45 min from order time. Cancelation link in your confirmation email.
Q: I bought the game and don’t want it anymore. Can I return it?
A: Sure. We accept returns for unopened products, within the US. It’s up to the customer to pay for the return shipping costs. Contact us and we’ll set it up.
Damaged Products
Q: I got a damaged product.
A: These little boxes get smashed in those trucks sometimes. Shoot us a photo of it and we’ll send you a new one in no time.
